This wiki is an effort to collaboratively develop information about microblogging explicitly for government agencies, ensuring we focus on real-world gov't needs.

This wiki is a personal project of mine (Jeffrey Levy) and isn't associated with any government agency, although I'll take what's written here into account in my efforts as the Director of Web Communications at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and in various interagency groups.

I want to use this wiki to create two items:

1. Always up-to-date version description of microblogging for gov't employees to learn about this tool.
2. Outline for a 1-hour webinar on Twitter.
